Samsung has kept the design similar to its predecessors. All three Galaxy S25 models feature rounded corners, though Ultra has sharper edges compared to the S25 and S25+.

Galaxy S25 is the most compact, measuring 5.78 x 2.78 x 0.28 inches and weighing 5.71 ounces. S25+ sits in the middle at 6.24 x 2.98 x 0.29 inches and 6.70 ounces. The S25 Ultra is the largest at 6.41 x 3.06 x 0.32 inches and 7.69 ounces.
