Xiaomi 15 Ultra Launches in China, Global Debut at MWC 2024

Xiaomi is set to introduce its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, in China today. However, the company is already preparing for its global launch at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona. The event, which marks Xiaomi 15 Ultra Launches in China, Global Debut at MWC 2024, will take place on Sunday, February 25, at 2 PM CET (13:00 GMT or 18:30 IST).

Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Top Features and Specifications

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to be a high-end smartphone with powerful features. Phone will come with an advanced 50 MP main camera featuring a 1-inch sensor, a 50 MP short-range telephoto camera and a 200 MP long-range telephoto camera. This camera setup promises professional-level photography capabilities.

Newest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset which guarantees quick performance, powers Xiaomi 15 Ultra. Phone’s 6,000 mAh battery will last for a long time. Additionally, it offers 50W wireless charging and 90W wired charging, enabling customers to swiftly & effectively charge their devices.

Xiaomi 15: A More Affordable Option

Additionally, Xiaomi will release basic Xiaomi 15, a more compact and reasonably priced model. Xiaomi 15 has a triple 50 MP camera arrangement for high-quality pictures but it lacks the 200 MP periscope lens found in the Ultra model.

The Xiaomi 15 will come with a 5,400 mAh Si/C battery, offering 90W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. This means users can charge other devices using the phone’s battery.

Expected Prices and Availability

The global pricing of the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be announced at the MWC 2024 event in Barcelona. Based on previous releases, the Xiaomi 15 is expected to start at €1,000, while the Xiaomi 15 Ultra may cost €1,500.

Xiaomi 15 Color Options

In China, the Xiaomi 15 is available in Lilac, Green, Black, White, and Bright Silver Edition. It is not yet confirmed whether the same color options will be available globally.
