Huawei has always been one of the most interesting smartphone brands, and its flagship phones always grab attention. The Huawei P60 series has now officially launched in the UK, Europe, and China.
The lineup includes the standard Huawei P60, the Huawei P60 Pro, and a high-end model called the Huawei P60 Art—though only the P60 Pro is available in Western markets, while the other two remain exclusive to China.
There are rumors about a more budget-friendly Huawei P60E or P60 Lite, but nothing has been confirmed yet. Below is everything you need to know about the Huawei P60 series, including its release date, price, and specs.

Huawei P60 Price and Availabilty
Huawei P60 Pro was released on May 9, 2023, and is available in two storage configurations in the UK and Europe:
- 8GB RAM/256GB: £1199.99 / €1199
- 12GB RAM/512GB: £1299.99 / €1399
If you purchase the P60 Pro from the UK Huawei store before June 5, you’ll also receive a free Huawei Watch GT 3. For those buying the 512GB model by June 5, you can get an additional £100 voucher for the UK Huawei store.
The 8GB/256GB variant is available only in black, while the 12GB/512GB version comes in Rococo Pearl.

Huawei P60 design and display
Huawei P60 series has a design that stands out with a 6.67-inch LTPO OLED display (1220 x 2700 resolution). The display features an adaptive refresh rate that ranges from 1Hz to 120Hz, offering a smooth experience with reduced eye strain, thanks to a 300Hz touch response rate and 1440Hz PWM dimming. There’s also an in-display optical fingerprint sensor for added convenience.
One of the most striking features of the P60 series is its unique camera design. The large primary 48MP camera sits in the center, flanked by an ultrawide and periscopic telephoto sensor, which gives the P60 an instantly recognizable look.
The body of the P60 is IP68 certified for dust and water resistance. It has a curved-edge front, covered with tough KunLun glass (especially on the P60 Pro and P60 Art), and a polished, color-matched metal frame with a glass back.
For colors, the P60 and P60 Pro come in Rococo Pearl, violet, black, and green, with the Rococo Pearl resembling the white nacre inside an oyster shell. The P60 Art has a unique finish available in Azure Blue or Seashore Gold, featuring a more organic-looking camera bump.
Huawei P60 Camera and Battery
Huawei P60 series features a new triple-camera design, replacing the Dual Matrix setup from the P50. All three models come with a 48MP main sensor using Huawei’s RYYB technology for better low-light performance. It also has OIS (optical image stabilization) and a ten-speed variable aperture ranging from f/1.4 to f/4.0 for more control over lighting.
The standard P60 includes a 13MP ultrawide lens and a 12MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, reaching up to 50x magnification. The P60 Pro and P60 Art upgrade to a 48MP periscope telephoto lens with a wider f/2.1 aperture, offering better night shots and a maximum 100x zoom. Huawei’s XD Fusion Pro system enhances textures, improving detail in images. Video recording supports 4K resolution and 960fps slow motion. A 13MP front camera is standard across all models.
Battery-wise, P60 and P60 Pro have 4,815mAh lithium-polymer batteries, while the P60 Art features a 5,100mAh silicon-oxide battery for better efficiency. All models support 50W wireless charging, but the P60 Pro and P60 Art charge faster with 88W wired charging, reaching 50% in just 10 minutes. The standard P60 still offers fast 66W wired charging.

A great phone with a stunning design, great photos and quick charging is Huawei P60 series. It does not, however, have 5G or Google services which some users may find problematic. It’s an excellent option if you don’t mind these restrictions. For most individuals, P60 Pro is the finest choice, however P60 Art is better for those who prefer a distinctive design.
Huawei may be able to maintain its position as a major player in the flagship phone market if it upgrades its software and introduces 5G in the future.
